Quick Clinic is intended for users residing in Nigeria and is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
To use Quick Clinic, you must:

- Reside in Nigeria
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Consultants must be licensed medical professionals, verified by our internal compliance team, and maintain up-to-date credentials.
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account to access core features of the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use Quick Clinic for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

5. Medical Disclaimer
Quick Clinic does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment. All medical advice, prescriptions, and reports are offered solely by licensed consultants registered on the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or appropriateness of any advice provided during consultations. You should always seek emergency medical attention in critical cases or emergencies.
6. Consultant Responsibilities
Consultants agree to:
- Maintain valid medical licensing and credentials
- Respond to bookings and messages promptly
- Provide professional and ethical medical consultations
- Keep patient records confidential and secure
- Not prescribe controlled substances through the platform
Violation of professional ethics or regulatory obligations will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.
7. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:
- Use the platform respectfully and honestly
- Disclose accurate health information during consultations
- Not misuse prescriptions or shared documents
- Only record consultations with explicit consent
- Follow medical advice responsibly
Misuse of the service may result in account suspension.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use your personal and health-related information. All communications and records are securely stored and handled in compliance with Nigerian data protection regulations.
9. Fees and Payment
Quick Clinic is currently free for all users in Nigeria. However, we reserve the right to introduce premium features or service fees in the future. Any such changes will be communicated clearly, and users will be given the option to accept or discontinue usage.
10. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
